What this is

One run of the real app on the dev environment, driven through the whole lifecycle by characters with local-AI brains — owner, employee, and members at every stage. No mock-ups, no cloud, $0. It doubles as a test: it shows the lifecycle actually holds together end to end. The bugs it turned up along the way live in the sweep punch list; how we keep improving is in the loop.
