This page was the check before the first post. Posting started on September 28, so today's status lives in the call log and the launch week results. Since this page: Daniel's membership edits went live September 27, the app name changed to Ritual Studio in both stores, signups now reach Google Analytics, the app has reports with real data and email campaigns from approved templates, and uptime alerts are on after the September 30 outage. Stripe is still in test mode. Call log · Launch week results
In two weeks the studio went from a website and a plan to a working system: a production app, the iOS and Android apps both public, the website feeding inquiries and leads straight into the app, every email sending from the app, most of Rory's membership rules in the production app, and 82 posts ready. This page checks each of those claims against the live systems as of the morning of September 23. The first post is proposed for Monday, September 28.
82 posts and 201 graphics in the Content Studio. First post proposed for Monday, September 28; weeks 1 and 2 are waiting on their Looks good.
Built, not switched onritualstudiospa.com is live, the journal lists 11 articles, and the prices on the site come straight from the app.
Live and verifiedEvery form lands in the app as an inquiry and a lead and syncs to GHL as a contact. Re-checked with two real submissions on September 22.
Live and verifiedAn email from hello@ within seconds, a text through GHL for anyone who opts in, and the waitlist follow-up emails on schedule.
Live and verifiedMembership rules, packs and drop-ins are in the production app. Card charging stays in test mode until opening.
Built, not switched onReleases went live through September 23: the app (Daniel's membership notes, the Unlimited priority booking limit, every 4 weeks on the founding line, the Members report fix) and the website (Corporate cards matching the Memberships cards, Clarity fix, memberships from the app, automatic journal publishing). The app and its background worker report healthy. Daily backups run, DEV is kept separate.
The waitlist, contact, membership and corporate forms post directly into the production app, where staff see each inquiry and lead. A duplicate submission does not create a duplicate lead. Each lead also syncs to GHL as a contact for texts.
The Email Center is on in production for contact, corporate, membership and waitlist, from hello@ritualstudiospa.com, with all the earlier email copy moved into the app. GHL only sends texts, through its API. The waitlist follow-up emails went out on September 19 and 21 as scheduled; the next go out September 24 and 28.
Her September 9 list is in the production app: Today, Bookings, member profile, New sale, Leads and Inquiries, Business Rules, Email Center and Employee Hub. It was checked independently on DEV on September 14 (49 done, 4 partly done), which is not her sign-off. The partly done items and two membership change checks are ready for her to test in production; each thing she flags becomes its own Request Center item.
Business Rules screen with Rory's decisions; Those Who Serve 10 percent on standard pricing for fire, police and military with 15 points per dollar; retail 0/5/10/10; drop-in $60, packs $275 and $500 with 10 percent off for members; the Unlimited 15 membership cap; no booking beyond the current 28 day cycle; staff-only pauses; custom partial refunds; the referral reward; the $40 second no-show fee (recorded, card not charged until payments go live); member account deletion requests. None of these has been tested end to end yet.
Live: no zero-value guest pass or retail lines, Best Deal on Essential, Unlimited shows its 15 advance session limit and Limited to 15 members, the Those Who Serve note, and every 4 weeks on the founding line. Left: the web app name still reads Ritual Studios; the store name change is submitted.
Unlimited Priority Booking is live as up to 15 future bookings held at one time inside the current paid 28 day cycle; once a visit happens it stops counting. Ravi reads Rory's note as 15 bookings in total per cycle, which is not what is live, so that gets confirmed with Rory before anything changes. Still to build: the 48 hour founder window for opening week, founding extras fulfillment, and corporate groups.
Stripe stays in test mode on purpose, and no plan is connected to a live Stripe price yet. Going live is a separate decision before opening.
Ritual Studio Spa is on the App Store as of September 17.
Ritual Studio Spa is on Google Play under RITUAL STUDIO LLC.
The Ritual Studio name change is submitted to both stores (Vidya, September 23), a couple of days. The new icon and sign-in screens follow in the next store build.
Ritual Founding 75, membership cards, session packs, corporate page, experience steps, popup, About mission restored, heated benches gone, header image replaced, waitlist form fixed.
ritualstudiospa.com/journal lists 11 articles, all loading. Since September 23 an article published in the app goes live on the website within a minute; tested today by publishing and unpublishing a draft.
Live: the Corporate cards now match the Memberships cards (released September 23), Most Popular on Essential, the corporate subtext, Limited to 10 removed everywhere, badges that fit on a phone. Waiting on Rory: her look at the Corporate page, and the About page photo.
The local search plan is on the hub: one-build title fix, three title changes, two Tacoma pages, schema and sitemap, Google Business Profile build-out. Not started yet.
Every founder note applied: captions, blog rewrites, the teaser card, fonts, no slide numbers, no watermarks. Rory and Daniel edit captions directly on the page; Daniel's edits through September 21 are in.
No Looks good recorded yet. Daniel's caption edits on the week 1 carousel, the week 2 carousel and the week 2 Reel are in. The sign-off happens on the call.
Rory posted full bios for herself and Daniel and shared the content folder on September 17.
@ritualstudiospa exists and the website now links it correctly. No posts until the first post goes out.
Punit has both; sitemap, robots and FAQ schema are live; the Ritual logo was pushed to the Google Business Profile.
The broken Clarity tag is removed. Page views arrive through Tag Manager, but completed leads are not counted in Analytics yet; that gets switched on before the first post so the first two weeks are measured.
Profile is public and owner-managed; no opening date, description, categories, photos or posts yet. Reviews wait for opening.
Confirm Monday, September 28 for the first post. The Content Studio calendar already shows that start (week 1 is September 28 to October 4), with Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and the holiday weeks on their true dates.
Rory and Daniel press Looks good on each piece in the Content Studio, or say what still bothers them. All of Daniel's caption edits are in. Two small things first: the week 1 blog title competes with the live journal article on the same question (suggested: Hot, Cold, Repeat: How to Do Contrast Therapy), and a couple of wording fixes in the edited captions.
Rory's answer: Unlimited members book ahead across their whole 28 day period, up to 15 sessions. Live today as up to 15 future bookings held at one time in the current cycle (past visits stop counting). Confirm: 15 at one time, or 15 in total per cycle? And how far ahead can the other tiers book? The 10 percent pack discount is set.
Website form to the inquiry and lead in the OS, the email from hello@, the contact in GHL and the text. Then the Business Rules screen with her decisions in it. Then the apps on a phone.
Live in production; live and waiting for her check; checked on DEV only; not built. She checks the first two in production this week, and each thing she flags becomes its own Request Center item.
Today's releases carried Daniel's membership notes, the Corporate cards, the Unlimited limit and automatic journal publishing; the web app name is left. Stripe in test mode. Leads not yet counted in Analytics. Email delivery receipts not wired. Replies to texts land in GoHighLevel, not the app.
Our take is on the hub (Retention ideas page). Most do not need automations: four become a daily staff list built on counting visits, the weekly ritual is the one real build, the waitlist waits for data, and Sunday Reset, Social Club and classes are your programs first.
Recommendation: the Stripe S700, about $300 per device. Same Stripe account as the app, so every dollar at the desk is tracked from Stripe into the OS.
The About page plunge or sauna photo; the review plan for opening week; the plunge temperature we quote in posts (some say the low 40s, others 52 to 59 F).
The web app name and the website review (link preview image, home page copy, the form thank-you text); conversion tracking; the two Tacoma pages and the Google profile build-out; the KPI snapshot format.
