RITUAL ◆ STUDIO
Ritual Studio · Proposal

The two service pages, rewritten in your voice.

A proposal, not a done deal. These are honest rewrites of the CoolSculpting and Cryo pages, in Rory's voice, with every false claim removed. Read them, mark them up, and we adjust.

Why these two. The current versions read like a device brochure and claim "real results from real clients" and "satisfied clients" when the studio has not opened. That is off brand and a real risk. These rewrites keep the facts (what it is, the science, the pricing) but say them plainly, in your voice, and they are honest about being pre-launch: no clients, no results, no before and after. The call to action is the Founding Member Waitlist.

Proposal 1 · CoolSculpting

Rewrite in Rory's voice

CoolSculpting at Ritual Studio

CoolSculpting is one of the services we will offer when we open, and I want to be straight with you about what it is. It is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared way to reduce fat in a specific spot. No surgery, no needles, and you can go back to your day right after. It sits inside how we think about everything here, which is simple. Taking care of your body is not a luxury, it is a necessity. This is one tool for that, offered honestly, for the people it actually fits.

What it actually is

CoolSculpting is a treatment that reduces fat cells in a targeted area of your body using controlled cold. It is FDA-cleared and non-invasive, which means no cutting, no needles, and no anesthesia. Most people go back to normal activities the same day. That is the honest scope of it. It works on one area at a time, and it is not a shortcut for anything bigger.

The simple science of the cold

Fat cells do not handle cold the way the rest of your body does. The treatment cools a targeted pocket of fat to a point where those cells break down. Over the following weeks, your body clears them out on its own, gradually. That is the whole idea. It is not instant and it is not magic, it is a slow, natural process happening after the session is done.

Who it is for, and who it is not

This is for someone at a fairly steady weight who has a specific, stubborn area that has not moved with training or diet. That is where it earns its place. It is not a weight-loss procedure, and I will say that as many times as it takes. If your goal is to lose weight overall, this is the wrong tool and I would rather tell you that now than take your money. The right first step is a consult, so we can look at the actual area and tell you honestly whether it is a fit.

Treatment areas

We group areas by size. Small areas are under the chin, upper arms, and bra fat. Medium areas are the abdomen, flanks, and back fat. Large areas are the outer thighs, inner thighs, and the banana roll. Which one you are in decides the pricing, which I have laid out plainly below.

How this fits the rest of Ritual

Most of what we do here is contrast therapy, sauna and cold plunge, the hard, good work of showing up for your body. CoolSculpting is a quieter, targeted service on the side of that. We offer it because it fits the same worldview, caring for your body on purpose. We know it is not easy to feel unsure about your body. But you are allowed to want to feel good in it, and that is enough of a reason to ask.

What to expect

  • A consult first, where we look at the actual area and tell you honestly if it is a fit or not
  • A session where the area is cooled with the applicator, and you sit for a set amount of time
  • No surgery, no needles, no anesthesia, and no recovery to plan around
  • Going back to your normal day right after you leave
  • A gradual change over the following weeks as your body clears the treated cells, not an instant result
  • Patience, because this works slowly and quietly, not overnight
The honest note. Here is the plain truth. CoolSculpting is not a weight-loss procedure. Results are not guaranteed and they vary from person to person, so I am not going to promise you a number or a picture. And because we are opening in early 2027, we do not have any clients or results to show you yet, so anything you hear from us is a description of the treatment, not a claim. Before anyone books anything, we start with a consult to see if it is even right for you.

Pricing

Pricing is per treatment: small areas are 750 dollars, medium areas are 1,000 dollars, and large areas are 1,500 dollars. If you are treating more than one area, we offer packages, and founding member waitlist members will hear about founding rates first.

We open in early 2027, so there is nothing to book yet. Join the founding member waitlist and you will be first to hear when consults open and first to get founding member rates. No pressure, just a spot held for when you are ready.

Proposal 2 · Cryo T-Shock Facial

Rewrite in Rory's voice

Cryo T-Shock Facial

Here is the honest version of what this is. The Cryo T-Shock Facial is a non-invasive treatment that runs warm and cold across your skin in cycles, back and forth, for about 30 minutes. No needles, no downtime, nothing invasive. The warm phase goes up to around 104F and the cold phase drops down to around 32F, and that push and pull is the whole point. It is calm, it feels good, and it is one of the gentler things we offer. We are opening in early 2027, so I have not run this on a single face yet in our space. What I can tell you is exactly how it works and what to expect, and let you decide if it is for you.

What it actually does

A wand moves across your face and neck, alternating warm and then cold against the skin. The warm phase brings blood to the surface and relaxes the tissue. The cold phase does the opposite, drawing things back in. Going back and forth between the two is meant to work the skin the way contrast works the rest of the body, gently waking up circulation and giving tone and firmness a nudge. That is the mechanism, plainly. It is a cosmetic wellness treatment, not a medical procedure, and it is not a filler or a facelift. Think of it as maintenance and care, not a fix.

What it feels like

Most of it is genuinely pleasant. The warm passes feel soothing. The cold passes are brisk and wake you up, but this is nowhere near a cold plunge. Your face is not going under ice. It is a controlled, moving cold that is easy to settle into within the first minute. You lie back, you breathe, and 30 minutes goes by faster than you would think. If you are someone who braces at the word cold, this is a soft place to start.

Why people do a series

One session is a gentle reset. This kind of work tends to show up over time, not in a single visit. That is why people usually do a series of 6 to 8 sessions across 3 to 4 months, then space them out for upkeep. I would rather tell you that now than sell you one appointment and let you feel let down. Recovery and skin care are both the same lesson. Consistency is where it lives.

Who it suits

This is a good fit if you want to take care of your skin without anything invasive, if you like the idea of contrast but want to ease into it, or if you are already coming in for sauna and plunge and want to add something for your face and neck. It is a cosmetic service, so if you have a specific skin or medical concern, check with your doctor first. I am not going to pretend this replaces medical care, because it does not.

What to expect

  • You arrive and we talk through your skin and any sensitivities before we start.
  • We cleanse the area so the wand has clean skin to work with.
  • You lie back and the treatment begins with a warm pass to relax the tissue.
  • The wand alternates warm and cold across your face and neck for about 30 minutes.
  • The cold phases are brisk but controlled, nothing like a plunge, and it is easy to ease into.
  • We finish, you sit up, and you can go straight back to your day. No downtime.
  • If you want lasting change, we map out a series of 6 to 8 sessions over 3 to 4 months.
The honest note. Results vary from person to person, and I will not promise you a specific outcome. This is a cosmetic wellness service, not a medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor or dermatologist. What it can do is support skin tone and firmness over a consistent series. What it cannot do is guarantee a result, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.

Pricing

150 dollars per session. 3-session package for 399 dollars. 6-session package for 749 dollars. The packages exist because a series is where this work actually shows, so they are priced to make the honest path the affordable one.

We open in early 2027, so there is nothing to book yet. If this sounds like your kind of thing, join the founding member waitlist.
