One place to see the work. The website health check, the competitor benchmark, the content and voice review, the blog engine, and the six month social plan. Built while you are still pre-launch, so you open in early 2027 with an audience already waiting.
Every issue was found by a team of AI agents testing the live site, then re-checked by a second agent trying to prove it wrong, so what you see is real and not a guess. The same care went into the app itself, where 120 of 124 issues are already fixed and verified.
82 issues found across search, speed, accessibility, and tracking, each verified twice. The board holds 92 items in all and 66 are done. What is open now: a leftover Clarity placeholder tag that returns an error on every page, leads not yet counted in Google Analytics, email delivery receipts not wired yet, and a share image that still says Opening Fall 2026.
The verdict in one line: you win on brand, you lose on being found. Your voice beats every local rival and rivals the national names. What you are missing is search reach. Here is the scorecard and what to borrow without losing your voice.
Rory writes like a real person, and it works. Two pages break the spell: CoolSculpting and Cryo read like a device brochure and claim results from clients you do not have yet. Every page gets a verdict and the one change it needs.
Honest rewrites of CoolSculpting and Cryo, written in Rory's voice, with no false claims and no filler. A proposal to read together and mark up, not a done deal.
We write the blog, Rory keeps the voice. Each post teaches one real idea from a published study, sounds like a person, and can seed the week's educational carousel. Inside: the weekly process, the 26 finished blogs, and a full sample post.
The actual first article, story first, then the science, in her voice with zero AI polish. This is the bar every post has to clear.
The strategy and the runway. Instagram first: graphics plus a casual weekly Reel, with the founding member waitlist asked for once a week. Start here.
The visual brand for social: the palette, the type, two style directions to choose from, and ten sample post mockups, with a light and dark toggle.
The combined home Rory asked for: all 26 blogs and 82 posts (three a week, in Rory's thirds balance) with images, weekly video plans, and stories, copy and download on everything, and a feedback box on every single piece. This is where we discuss and edit, long term.
The analysis behind the plan. Graphics-first works (Bathhouse built about 290K on carousels with no reels) and the local field is all under 5,000 followers, so it is wide open.
The repeatable weekly process that turns one real study or Huberman episode into the blog and that week's graphics, in her voice.
Mostly done. The wrong sitemap, the slow hero image and the missing security headers are fixed and verified. Still open: the leftover Clarity placeholder tag, plus a few speed and search schema items that are only partly done.
Banner done. The site banner now reads Opening in early 2027. The share image (the picture that shows when someone posts a link to the site) still says Opening Fall 2026, so that is the one piece left.
We walk the voice review, approve the two rewrites, and lock the first month of the blog. Then the content fixes go to the dev team too.
Done. Since September 18 every website form creates a lead in RitualOS, then a GoHighLevel contact, then a welcome email from hello@ritualstudiospa.com, and a text if they opted in. Re-proven September 22. Still to do: count leads in Google Analytics and wire email delivery receipts.
The blog, the graphics, and the casual weekly Building Ritual Reels all run from the start. After opening, the same engine adds member-facing and finished-space footage.
